Program Implementation Specialist

 About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our growing team, based in EMEA (Europe, Middle East) and Asia. The successful candidate will be working with internal and external stakeholders and lead the Ulula platform configuration  and deployment of programs related to worker voices, community feedback and social impact across the globe. 

You will work with our team of Developers and the Program Managers throughout the lifecycle of  programs including setup, solutioning, implementation, user training and coordination with the engineering team on smooth deployment and tech developments. We are seeking a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will also engage directly with our client base – including global brands, suppliers, auditors, civil society partners and researchers – supporting their platform experience and ensuring we reach the program outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Configure, execute and deploy client programs on Ulula’s Platform
  • Work closely with the engineering team, program managers and clients to meet project deliverables
  • Participate in project setup, including research, coordination of timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate deployment tasks and deliverables depending on the type of project, keeping to tight timelines 
  • Perform quality control of client and platform content including written and voice content
  • Perform quality control on Ulula’s platform and specific features, including virtual testing with local testers in the countries where we work
  • Provide project updates to internal and external stakeholders on timelines and project deliverables
  • Provide training for our client in the use of the different modules within our platform. 
  • Work closely with the engineering team to keep external resources and internal documentation updated.
  • Collaborate  with the engineering team to resolve client issues in a timely fashion
  • Contribute to team innovation through ideas for process improvement and efficiency
  • You will be working with different internal teams and clients around the globe, therefore your working schedule will overlap at least 4 hours with the Toronto team during the morning time. (Eastern Time Zone) 
     Your preferred profile:
    • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, database management and digital tools and software 
    • Proficient in English and another language
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities and project coordination
    • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask with excellent follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and effectively
    • Works well under pressure and with remote teams 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently without supervision to achieve time specific goals

    • Experience configuring, testing and product owning in a software company setting

    • Understanding of human rights abuses in global supply chain
