Improving Worker Wellbeing

Nike’s Engagement and Wellbeing (EWB) Survey is designed to measure factory workers’ engagement and experiences. The goal is to increase worker engagement and identify areas where performance can be improved.

Measuring Engagement

The survey collects feedback directly from Team Members, Team Leaders and Group Leaders on factors like wellbeing, factory culture, skill building, communication, health & safety, compensation, social connection, stress, and respect in the workplace. Survey data goes directly to factory management who can use the insights to inform factory improvements, and foster a strong culture of employee engagement.
