We, Ulula, collect data on behalf of our clients and partners through online and offline messaging in the form of surveys, complaint or grievance submissions, or 2-way chats. These engagements can happen via SMS, voice, webform, social media, messenger applications or other channels.

Our clients could be your employer, a company in your region, or other relevant organizations. Your feedback is always confidential so you can respond honestly and safely.

OUR APPROACH

In processing your data, we:

• Encrypt your personal information to protect your anonymity
• Minimize the data we collect to the minimum necessary to perform our work
