We, Ulula, collect data on behalf of our clients and partners through online and offline messaging in the form of surveys, complaint or grievance submissions, or 2-way chats. These engagements can happen via SMS, voice, webform, social media, messenger applications or other channels.

Our clients could be your employer, a company in your region, or other relevant organizations. Your feedback is always confidential so you can respond honestly and safely.


In processing your data, we:

  • Encrypt your personal information to protect your anonymity
  • Minimize the data we collect to the minimum necessary to perform our work
  • Do not sell any of your personal information to a third party
  • Only when you give explicit consent, reveal your name to our clients (such as your employer)
  • Only call you from a secure system where your phone number is encrypted
  • Remove your personal information once they are no longer needed

  • Choose whether to use our tools and to receive future communications
  • Decide to stop using our tools and opt out of future communications
  • Request a copy of the confidential communication between us
  • Ask us to limit the information we share
  • Get a list of those with whom we’ve shared your information
  • Get a copy of your electronic record
  • Correct your electronic record
  • Ask us to delete your electronic record
  • Get a copy of this privacy notice
